2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict anyone else’s use of the website, damage the website, interfere with its security or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, course area or restricted content.

You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools or any other technology intended to damage, copy, disrupt or overload the website.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Fitness and health disclaimer

Brazilian Method provides fitness, exercise and training content. This content is for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, rehabilitation advice, nutritional advice or a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit and healthy enough to take part in any workout, class, training programme or challenge.

Before starting any exercise programme, you should seek medical advice if you:

  • are pregnant, recently gave birth or are postnatal;
  • have a heart condition, chest pain, high blood pressure or circulation problems;
  • have joint, back, hip, knee, shoulder or mobility issues;
  • have any injury, medical condition or disability;
  • are recovering from surgery or illness;
  • feel dizzy, faint, short of breath or unwell during exercise;
  • are unsure whether a workout is suitable for you.

You must stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea or any other concerning symptom.

By taking part in our workouts, you accept that exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. No guaranteed results

Our website, classes and programmes may refer to body shaping, toning, sculpting, glute development, improved fitness, mobility, confidence, weight loss, body recomposition or visible results.

Any references to results, including phrases such as “see results”, “tone”, “sculpt”, “shape”, “bikini body”, “21 day challenge” or similar, are general descriptions of intended training goals. They are not promises, guarantees or assurances that you will achieve any specific outcome.

Your results may vary depending on factors including your starting fitness level, genetics, age, body type, consistency, diet, sleep, lifestyle, health, exercise technique, intensity, recovery, medical conditions and how closely you follow the programme.

Testimonials, reviews, before-and-after content, images, case studies or client comments are examples of individual experiences only. They do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.

5. Suitability of workouts

Some Brazilian Method workouts may involve resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, glute-focused movements, lower-body training, full-body workouts, flexibility, mobility and repeated physical movement.

You are responsible for choosing the appropriate level, resistance band strength, intensity and modification for your own ability.

If a movement feels unsafe, painful or unsuitable, you should stop and choose a lower-intensity variation or seek professional advice.

We are not responsible for injury, discomfort or adverse outcomes caused by misuse of equipment, poor technique, overtraining, ignoring instructions, failing to warm up, exercising despite pain or using a workout that is unsuitable for your personal circumstances.

6. Resistance bands and equipment

Some workouts may require resistance bands or other equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that any equipment you use is safe, suitable, undamaged and appropriate for your level.

Before using resistance bands, you should check for damage, tears, weakness or signs of wear. Do not use damaged bands.

You are responsible for using equipment in a safe space, away from hazards, pets, children, breakable objects or anything that could cause injury.

We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by faulty third-party equipment, incorrect use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidance.

7. Online classes, courses and digital access

We may offer online video classes, on-demand classes, subscription programmes, one-off courses, challenges, digital downloads, streamed content, live online sessions or other restricted content.

Access is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • share your login details;
  • allow another person to use your account;
  • copy, download, record or redistribute videos unless expressly permitted;
  • screen-record, livestream, upload or repost our content;
  • sell, rent, lend or transfer your access;
  • use the content to teach classes or train others without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your account has been misused or shared.

8. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and account details confidential.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We are not responsible for loss of access caused by your failure to keep login details secure, use of an incorrect email address, forgotten passwords, third-party platform issues or unauthorised access caused by your own device, email account or security practices.

9. Availability of online course access

We aim to make online content available on a reliable basis, but we do not guarantee that the website, videos, course platform, account area or payment systems will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Access may be interrupted, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, hosting issues, internet disruption, third-party platform failures, security incidents, payment provider issues or events outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will try to restore access within a reasonable time. However, we are not liable for temporary loss of access, delay, interruption, technical errors or inability to access the website or course content.

Where a paid course or subscription is materially unavailable for a prolonged period due to an issue within our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a reasonable remedy such as restoring access, extending access or providing an alternative way to access the relevant content. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Changes to courses and content

We may update, improve, replace, remove or modify classes, videos, training plans, course content, schedules, instructors, formats, pricing, features or access arrangements from time to time.

We will not make changes that materially reduce the core paid content you have already purchased without a fair reason.

For subscriptions, the exact content available may vary over time. A subscription gives access to the content available during your active subscription period, not permanent ownership of all content ever made available.

11. Live classes

If we offer live classes, you are responsible for arriving on time, wearing suitable clothing, using suitable equipment and ensuring you are physically able to participate.

We may refuse participation if we reasonably believe it would be unsafe for you or others.

Live class schedules, locations, instructors and availability may change. If a live class is cancelled by us, we will offer a reasonable alternative, credit or refund where required.

12. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed unless clearly stated for a renewing subscription.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment delays, failed payments or errors caused by third-party payment systems, banks or card providers.

13. Subscriptions

If you purchase a monthly or recurring subscription, your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process explained at checkout, in your account area or on the relevant subscription page.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already taken for the current billing period.

We may suspend or cancel access if a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or charged back.

14. One-off purchases

Where you purchase a one-off programme, course, challenge or class, the access period and content included will be as described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

A one-off purchase does not include lifetime access unless this is expressly stated in writing.

15. Cancellation rights and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product or service purchased.

For digital content or streamed online course access, you may be asked to agree that access starts immediately after purchase. If you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose your cancellation right once access begins, you may not be able to cancel simply because you changed your mind after accessing the content.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will honour it in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds are not usually provided where:

  • you have accessed digital content after agreeing to immediate access;
  • you failed to cancel a subscription before renewal;
  • you changed your mind after starting a course;
  • you did not achieve your desired fitness or body outcome;
  • you did not use the content during your access period;
  • your access problem was caused by your own device, internet connection, account details or login issue.

This does not affect your statutory rights if content is faulty, not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

16. Promotions, discounts and free trials

We may offer promotions, discounts, free trials or introductory offers from time to time.

Promotions are subject to availability and any additional terms stated at the time. We may withdraw or change promotions at any time before purchase.

Free trials may convert into paid subscriptions if this is clearly stated when you sign up. You are responsible for cancelling before the end of the trial period if you do not wish to continue.

17. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our courses is owned by or licensed to Brazilian Method unless stated otherwise. This includes videos, workout plans, written content, images, logos, branding, designs, course materials, training structures, downloads and other content.

You may access and use the content for your personal fitness use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, licence, record, share, upload, broadcast or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

18. User content, reviews and testimonials

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, image, video, transformation story or other content to us, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to use, edit and display that content for marketing, website, social media and promotional purposes unless you expressly tell us otherwise in writing.

We may remove or refuse to publish any content at our discretion.

19. Website information

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.

We may correct errors, update content, change pricing, remove pages or amend product descriptions at any time.

20. Third-party links and platforms

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, video hosts, social media pages or other external services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, policies, security, data handling or technical performance.

Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue, business or opportunity;
  • indirect or consequential loss;
  • loss caused by your failure to follow instructions or exercise safely;
  • injury caused by unsuitable use of workouts or equipment;
  • loss caused by technical issues outside our reasonable control;
  • temporary loss of website or course access;
  • failure to achieve a particular fitness, body, weight loss or aesthetic result;
  • loss caused by third-party platforms, payment providers or internet providers.

Where we are liable to you, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, course, class or subscription giving rise to the claim, unless the law does not allow such a limit.

22. Personal responsibility

You agree that your participation in any Brazilian Method workout, class, challenge or training programme is voluntary.

You are responsible for:

  • checking that the exercise is suitable for you;
  • choosing the appropriate level and intensity;
  • using safe technique;
  • warming up and cooling down where appropriate;
  • stopping if you feel pain or discomfort;
  • using equipment safely;
  • seeking medical or professional advice where needed.

23. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, platform issues, payment provider problems, illness, instructor unavailability, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, cyber incidents or other events beyond our control.

24. Privacy and cookies

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use and protect personal information.

You should read those policies before using the website or submitting personal information.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

If changes materially affect a paid subscription or course you have already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where appropriate.

Your continued use of the website after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
