Honey Lime Shrimp makes an excellent snack or main to any meal. High in protein and packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, vitamin B3, zinc, iron, and calcium.
500 grams of shrimp, thawed and shells removed (I left tails on because they’re pretty for photos but you can remove them!)
Stir together marinade ingredients (olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt and garlic)add shrimp, and let them sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Shake off excess marinade and transfer shrimp to the air fryer basket. Cook for 3-5 minutes, shaking halfway, or until your shrimp are cooked through.
Serve with any side or enjoy as an healthy snack!
